NeoPac LED Lighting Technology
The entire NeoBulb product lines are ingeniously engineered LED lighting devices that are designed based on the proprietary NeoPac Universal Platform (NUP) with System in Package (SiP) structure, and equipped with NeoPac Light Engines mounted with NeoPac Emitters. Empowered by this structural LED technological platform, every NeoBulb™ product can operate at ultra-high power with high luminous flux, low junction temperature (Tj), and outstanding long useful life (L70).

NUP is a patented innovative LEDs lighting infrastructure, integrating different levels, from chips, packages, modules to systems, into one technology platform upon which comprehensive ultra-high-power LEDs lighting components and devices can be developed, designed, built, expanded, and customized accordingly.

Serving as a fundamental and core development framework, NUP has been utilized to building current NeoPac® Light Engines, NeoBulB™ Lighting Devices and/ or Luminaires as well as the future general lighting products in both indoor and outdoor lighting applications.

NUP is essentially constituted by four interconnected and interoperable structural levels: LED multi-chip modules, NeoPac® Emitters, NeoPac Light Engines and NeoBulb Lighting Products as shown on the drawing below.

NeoPac Universal Platform

NeoPac Emitters use multi-chip packaging technology in chip packaging. The packaged chip module is assembled along with micro heat pipe and thermal module to form NeoPac® Light Engines which is the basic structure of System in Package (SiP) for NeoBulB Lighting Products.
